This next blog is similar to this one in that it has entries from a tech support person invloved in day to day activities while problem solving pc and network issues. This guy has it toough or great depending on how one looks at it. He is all over the place. He not only does computer desktop support, but also does networking design and troubleshooting plus VoIP (voice over IP). That is a lot of technology to be involved in at once but like I said it depends on how it is looked at.
